All our products are made to order – your order.
We do not stock any items. Every item is made to your specifications. That means the item will likely not be suitable for any other customer, at least in the foreseeable future.
For this reason, we usually cannot allow returns except in the following situations:
- Item not as described
- Manufacturing defects found
- Material defects found
In certain circumstances, returns may be allowed. Please contact us to determine if a particular item you have purchased is eligible for return. Note that IF a return is allowed, it is subject to the conditions stated in the last paragraph in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS.
These situations are valid through the entire length of the warranty period, which is one year from the date of your order.
Other exceptional circumstances may apply, to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING WITH A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE. RETURNS FOR ANY REASON MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED AND A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE ASSIGNED. RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE REFUSED BY THE FACTORY IF THEY ARE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. IF A RETURN IS AUTHORIZED, A RESTOCKING FEE OF 25% WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND GIVEN. RETURN SHIPPING MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
